RouteAnything works with HubSpot Pro or Enterprise (Sales, Service, or Marketing Hub). Access to workflows is required since RouteAnything is used via a workflow action.

You add the "RouteAnything" action in a HubSpot workflow. This action queries the rotation you've configured and returns an owner ID. You then use the native HubSpot "Copy property value" action to write that owner ID to any property (contact owner, deal owner, a custom field, etc.).

No. RouteAnything has no read or write access to your records (contacts, deals, tickets etc...). The app only syncs your portal's user list to build rotations. The workflow action returns an owner ID — that's it.
